In the spring of 2005, Teinert Metals, Inc. opened its doors with the goal of providing quality metal products and friendly customer service to customers in the Lubbock area.  Teinert Metals saw the need in West Texas for a steel warehouse dedicated to the principles of quality, service and efficiency, and consistently applying those principles to each individual customer.  Combined, the sales staff at Teinert Metals, Inc. has over 60 years of experience in providing customers in the region with the metal and steel products they need.

During the early part of 2007, Teinert Metals completed their first office and warehouse complex located at 52nd and M.L.K. Blvd., in the southeast portion of the city of Lubbock.  The original warehouse contained approximately 60,000 sq. ft. to house many of the metal and steel products sold to their growing customer base.  In 2010, the company kicked off the year by completing the first warehouse expansion by more than doubling the amount of warehouse space.  Currently, the warehouse contains close to 134,000 sq. ft., with six cranes and access to rail services. 

As the warehouse has grown, so has the inventory of products found within the warehouse.  Currently, Teinert Metals, Inc. stocks a wide array of carbon steel products which include:  Angles, Flats, Rounds, Tubing, Pipe, Plate, Beams, Channels and many other products that can be found on our product page.  Teinert Metals also carries a wide range of: aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel products.  If a customer finds that they have a metal or steel need that is not kept in stock, then the team at Teinert will do everything they can to find what they need and get it them in a timely manner. 

Teinert Metals is very  proud of their loyal and dedicated customer base, covering from the Permian Basin area all the way up to the Texas Panhandle and over into Eastern New Mexico; however, as we look to the future, we are always welcoming new customers in new locations.  At Teinert Metals, there is no project or order to small or too large and we take pride in trying to fulfill all of our customers’ needs.
